Unique Meeting Facilities in Historic Surroundings

Located in one of Nyhavn's oldest buildings from the 1600s, our meeting rooms exude history and charm. With original details such as the marble floor from the old Dagmar Theater and a spiral staircase from a Frederiksberg tram, we create an inspiring atmosphere that sets us apart from traditional meeting rooms. Our bright banquet rooms on the first floor can accommodate up to 100 guests and offer views of Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv.

Everything You Need for a Successful Meeting

Although our venues are historic, they are equipped with modern technology to ensure a successful meeting. In addition to catering, we offer facilities such as an LCD projector, screen, and microphone, as well as high-speed internet access, so your meetings, presentations, and workshops run smoothly.

Located in the Heart of Copenhagen

Utilize our unique waterfront location to enrich your meeting day. In addition to a fantastic view of Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv, you can also take a break during the day with a harbor tour. Right outside the door, boats depart that can take you on a guided tour through Copenhagen's canals and harbour, where you can experience the city from the water. This is an excellent opportunity for team building or a relaxing break in the meeting program. When you return, we are ready with delicious catering for morning, lunch, and evening – as well as coffee, tea, cake, and fruit.

With a central location in Nyhavn, you also have easy access to public transportation with buses and the metro at Kongens Nytorv, which is just a few minutes walk from us.​

Culinary Experiences — from Morning to Evening

Catering is an important part of any meeting. Our kitchen offers classic Danish dishes, and whether you are hosting a short meeting or a full-day event, we provide catering – according to your needs and wishes. We naturally take into account allergies and special dietary requests. Below you can see examples of our meeting packages; feel free to contact us to learn more.​


Meeting Package 1 – Full-Day Meeting (6 hours)

  • Includes room rental, LCD projector + screen​

  • Coffee/tea + still / sparkling filtered water ad libitum​

  • Croissant + 1 piece of fruit per person​

  • Lunch (fixed lunch menu) + soda/beer​

  • Afternoon cake chosen by the head chef​

Price per participant: DKK 745​


Meeting Package 2 – Half-Day Meeting (3-5 hours)

  • Includes room rental, LCD projector + screen​

  • Coffee/tea + still / sparkling filtered water ad libitum​

  • 1 piece of fruit per person​

  • Lunch (fixed lunch menu) + soda/beer​

  • Afternoon cake chosen by the head chef​

Price per participant: DKK 645


Meeting Package 3 – Day Meeting & Dinner (3-6 hours)

  • Includes room rental, LCD projector + screen​

  • Coffee/tea + still / sparkling filtered water ad libitum​

  • 1 piece of fruit per person​

  • 3-course menu (fixed evening menu) excluding beverages

Price per participant: DKK 945


Room Rental per Hour (1-3 hours)

  • LCD-projector + screen

  • Including room rental

Price per participant per hour: DKK 125

Please note:

  • All party and group menus are for a minimum of 10 guests and must be ordered at least 5 weekdays before the event.

  • The same menu must be chosen for all guests, unless there are vegetarians, allergies, or other special dietary requirements in the party.

  • We reserve the right to change menus according to available deliveries.

  • We will always seat parties and groups together. In the case of large groups, seating may take place at more than one table. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee specific seating areas in advance.

  • For parties of 10 guests or more, we kindly ask that payment is made as a single transaction for the entire group. We are not able to process individual payments for larger groups, as this helps ensure a smooth experience for both your party and our other guests.

  • Please note that a fee will be charged for payments made with corporate cards or cards issued outside the EU/EEA.
