Catering is an essential part of any meeting, and our kitchen offers classic Danish dishes that add an extra touch to the day. Whether you are hosting a short meeting, a full-day programme or an event, we provide catering tailored to your wishes and needs. We naturally accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements.

In the Heart of Copenhagen with Nyhavn Right Outside the Door

Nyhavns Færgekro’s central location makes it easy to gather participants from across the city. The restaurant is located just a few minutes’ walk from Kongens Nytorv, the metro and public transport, while the lively canals and atmosphere of Nyhavn create a unique setting throughout the day. If you would like a break from the meeting programme, canal tours depart directly from Nyhavn — ideal as a social activity or a relaxing pause between meetings and dinner.

Unique Meeting Facilities in Historic Surroundings

Nyhavns Færgekro is located in one of Nyhavn’s oldest buildings dating back to the 1600s, where historic details still define the atmosphere of the house today. Here, classic Copenhagen charm is combined with modern meeting facilities in rooms overlooking both Nyhavn and Kongens Nytorv.

On the first floor, we offer bright private dining and event rooms with capacity for up to 120 guests — ideal for workshops, meetings, receptions and corporate events.

Everything You Need for a Successful Meeting

The rooms are equipped with modern facilities including LCD projector, screen, microphone and high-speed internet access, giving you everything needed for presentations, workshops and meetings throughout the day.

In addition to catering, we offer flexible solutions for shorter meetings, full-day events and dinners following the day’s programme.

Please note:

• All party and group menus are for a minimum of 10 guests and must be ordered at least 5 weekdays before the event.

• The same menu must be chosen for all guests, unless there are vegetarians, allergies, or other special dietary requirements in the party.

• We reserve the right to change menus according to available deliveries.

• We will always seat parties and groups together. In the case of large groups, seating may take place at more than one table. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee specific seating areas in advance.

• For parties of 10 guests or more, we kindly ask that payment is made as a single transaction for the entire group. We are not able to process individual payments for larger groups, as this helps ensure a smooth experience for both your party and our other guests.

• Please note that a fee will be charged for payments made with corporate cards or cards issued outside the EU/EEA.
